- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1-1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoon honey/any sweetener
- In a blender, add pistachios, yoghurt, banana, spinach leaves, honey and give a pulse blend for 5-6 minutes. Then, see that the pistachios and spinach blend well to form a smooth mixture.
- Now add milk and blend again and the healthy green pistachios smoothie is ready.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl or glasses and you can also garnish it with pistachios or berries and honey.
- Serve chilled.
