It’s easy to make without flame sandwiches but didn’t give you a punch of taste. So try thins mint and veggies sandwich. From My Kitchen to your kitchen try this easy snacks recipe. Enjoy this sandwich in your breakfast, and give it to your kids in tiffins or over tea time. They are healthy ( without sauces). So try this easy recipe and enjoy your day with it.
INGREDIENTS :
- Sandwich bread (brown/white/whole wheat)
- Butter
- Salt
- Dry mint/oregano
- Black pepper powder
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato sauce
- Capsicum / red bell pepper/ yellow bell pepper (if you have all, use it)
- Sweet corn
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Onion (optional)
METHOD:
- Copped all the veggies or available veggies (try to take colourful veggies because colours are good for eyes, mood and health too).
- Add both mayonnaise and tomato sauce (if you are using 2 spoons of mayonnaise then use 1 spoon of tomato sauce).
- Add salt (remember sauces also have salt so add accordingly), dry mint/oregano and black pepper powder.
- Take a slice of bread and spread the mixture on it. Cover the mixture with another slice of bread.
- Grease the toaster with butter and put the sandwich in it. (If you don’t have a grill toaster then you can use chapati tava as well)
- It will take 2 to 3 minutes and your tasty crispy grill sandwich ready.
