- 3 cup coconut milk
- 3 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves
- Put a pressure cooker on medium flame and add corns in it and water. Cook the corns till the whistle comes. Once done, let the steam out itself.
- Now, put a pan on medium flame. Add coconut milk and boiled corns in it. Stir the milk and corns for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Now time to add salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs in the pan and stir well.
- Cook the soup more for 8 to 10 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
