Ingredients:
- 7-8 Small ripped mangoes
- Oil ( preferred Mustered oil)
- Ajwain
- Saumf/ fennel seeds
- Salt
- Sugar/ jaggery (use if mangoes are sour in taste)
- 1-2 Green chilli
Method:
- Peel the mangos and squeeze the pulp from their peel and seeds(Mango seeds are used in this recipe, so don’t through them).
- Take a saucepan and add 1 tbsp oil, when it heat up add some ajwain, green chillies and mango pulp with mango seeds.
- Give a good stir and add a cup of water and some fennel seed and leave for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
- Now add sugar if required and cook another 3-4 minutes.
- It’s ready to eat. Enjoy!
(Remember if you eat hot, it doesn’t give much taste but having this dish when it’s at room temperature, is best in taste.)
